In Loving Memory

Pencil and Pastel 2010. I created this as a special gift for my mother who lost her precious sister recently. This portrait was done for love, not for monetary gain, and I hope that I have captured my lovely Aunt accurately. My Aunt was a gentle and giving soul, who loved her children, her grandchildren, her sister, and her extended family enormously. She will be greatly missed.

   This is a beautiful portrait. The detail is amazing and I can feel her loving eyes looking back at me. Well done, keep up the great work.

   Thanks for the positive feedback Roslyn. Portrait is at the framers now and should look even better behind a border and glass. Looking forward to giving Mum the finished product soon.
