Pencil and Pastel, 2011. Personal creation for my family of myself and my best fur-friend, Jackson. Although Jackson passed away three years ago, he still has a special place in my heart. This is my tribute to him. I have tried to recreate from photo as true as possible, although I have changed colours and posture slightly for effect.

Pencil and Pastel 2010. I created this as a special gift for my mother who lost her precious sister recently. This portrait was done for love, not for monetary gain, and I hope that I have captured my lovely Aunt accurately. My Aunt was a gentle and giving soul, who loved her children, her grandchildren, her sister, and her extended family enormously. She will be greatly missed.

Pencil and Pastel, 2010. I was asked to do a portrait recently of a wonderful lady who had passed away recently. I was approached after a friend had viewed my website, and wondered if I was able to draw people too. I was happy to oblige – although I have a history of creating portraits of our four-legged companions – I have been known to draw a ‘non-fur’ friend in my time. This lady was particularly lovely, and I have done my best to try and recreate her for posterity.
